I'll give his reviews a look. But honestly, most of what I've READ (as opposed to heard) on Daytrotter has been just so much verbal masterbation. They seem to get so unfocused by focusing on writing loopy, wandering prose that the main points of music critique get lost (Those being... Do they or do they not suck, and Why AND Why you should care about them). I generally don't have the time to waste reading what appears to be (in my humble opinion) a frustrated English major's journal (that may or may not address anything tangible about music or the band in question).
(Am I being too harsh?)
